Order Processing Times
All wigs are custom-made and individually crafted with care. Please allow the following standard processing times:

- Full Lace Wigs: 8–14 business days

- Closure & Frontal Wigs: 14 business days
- Toppers: 14-16 business days
- Sister Locs: 25-30 business days

- Ready-to-Ship Wigs: Ship within 3–10 business days
Please Note: Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the style, length, and complexity of your selected wig. Custom braided styles may require additional time.
Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays or weekends. A tracking number will be provided via Email once your order is processed.
Shipping Information
- Domestic Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (typically 3 business days).
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International clients are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and customs fees. Delivery times will vary depending on location and customs processing.
Shipping & Sales Policy
Hair N Tingz LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the shipment is no longer within our control. Ownership of packages transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
In the event that a package is delayed, lost, or stolen, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue. We strongly recommend the purchase of shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order from unforeseen circumstances.
If a package is lost or stolen, Hair N Tingz LLC may, at its discretion, assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier. However, Hair N Tingz LLC does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hair N Tingz LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the purchase, use, or delivery of any products, including but not limited to loss, theft, or damage during shipping.
Custom Orders & Refund Policy
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our wigs, all sales are final.
- Each custom wig requires the upfront purchase of premium materials based on your order.
- Once payment is received, work on your wig begins immediately. Therefore, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are allowed for custom or personal request orders.
- Please ensure your wig specifications, color preferences, and measurements are accurate before placing your order.
- Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and lighting. If a specific brand or color is required, please mention this in your order notes.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs
Items listed in the “Ready to Ship” section are final sale and will ship within 3–10 business days. These items are non-refundable and cannot be altered once purchased.

Wig Care & Maintenance
To keep your wig in excellent condition, please follow these care instructions:

Washing: Use cool water with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, or dry shampoo.

Washing Frequency: Avoid over washing. Soak the wig for 15–20 minutes before washing.

Drying: Gently pat dry and allow your wig to air dry completely.

Storage: Store your wig on a mannequin head to maintain shape.

Styling Products: Do not use heavy oils or styling creams. Lightweight mousse is acceptable.

Cleaning the Lace: Use rubbing alcohol or lace adhesive remover to clean glue residue from the lace.
